In order to stop the yelling I typed that that wasn't the case and that they failed because there were base defenders. This is not ghosting, I did not spam, and I was attempting to reduce the yelling which I must listen to as a spectator. Either put in the rules that specs can't talk period in all chat or admins need to realize that personal preference is not equivilant to a rule.

As for tonight, you were in spec and you were talking about the game play. You were there to spectate, not to give commentary on the game. You were politely asked several times to stop by 2 different admins (Neck Snapper and Hank Scorpio) first on the mic then via text. So there was no mistake that you saw it. You continued and started to argue because you didn't want to comply. You were warned once more and you did not stop. So you were temporarily gagged (10 minutes). That should have been the end of the story. You THEN brought it up AGAIN on the next map. Saying that you were wronged and that admins were making up rules. Although that particular rule was not in the MOTD, you were told by server admins that it was a rule. In game text is distracting for the teams playing, which is common sense; thus why spectators should not be doing it. So I then had to take time out of playing the game to address you, AGAIN, instead of concentrating on playing. I was sitting idle having to take time and respond to your continued text spam on the next map which affected game play and made my team very unhappy. After the fact I consulted a couple of the players who were playing on that map and they wished that I would have gagged you a second time because they said it was very distracting. Some witnesses who can attest to this are: Loopy guts Pfluger Jam On Next Snapper In addition, for the record, this is not the first time there has been an issue with you on this sever. About a week and a half ago, DMD One Fish asked you to reduce the mic spam and you took offense to it. You even said "I miss the days when DMD admins had good character". One Fish asked you politely to stop and you did not want to listen and then got even more combative. So the bottom line is when server admins ask you to comply to the existing rules or rules that may not have been listed, which are reasonable requests, you need to listen. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to you playing on the server and cooperating with admins, VIP members, and others while respecting the written rules and other rules of common sense. You have witnesses have of which dislike me congrats. You have none of the other people listed that thought you guys were being toxic and rediculous. Also you guys continuesly use vague guidelines to silence people you dislike for one reason or another. Also in reference to the week before with Onefish, you may not remember or are choosing not to but my "mic spam" was in response to three very toxic players that had been flaming me the whole match. Some of which other admins have told have been gagged or temp banned for toxicity. So if you are going to accuse me of being the issue maybe get the whole story before you make yourself look like a pompous ass. Thank you.
even if the rule wasn't in the motd when an server admin tells you that it's a rule, you should respect the admin and server. disrupting game play is not acceptable. i've play many games with hank didn't a issue with him nor think he's making rules up. even if the witness that heard and seen your actions dont get along with doesn't mean yo didn't u violated server rules thanks |-dmd-| webtj
