anyone looking to get a good minecraft server going. I'm going to need all the help i can get. reply if your up for helping. i have a lot of work to do with mods and configs. that being said i could use all the help i could get.

you mean play on one and build stuff? or set one up with all the mods and stuff?

I'm looking for admins / builders / coders / event planers / and anyone with good ideas.
I use to write craftbukkit mods until bukkit.org died. Haven't migrated to spigot or anything else. There are so many mods out there now that there is little need for custom code. Checkout spigotmc.org. People usually like griefer protection, an economy plugin, an admin store where they can buy/sell stuff, and some kind of /home teleport. Then maybe some quests or other adventures to do. There are some good admin plugins too. Automatically backup the world every 20 min or so. If there is some really bad griefing you can roll the world back. There are also some out of game type plugins too. Here is a map plugin called dynmap: http://neophytearmy.com:8123/ Touch your mouse to the right side to see more options. With this, out-of-game players can chat and interact with in-game players too. If you get a server up, i'll join and homestead near spawn for a while.
well we don't really need custom codes. more like someone that can get plugins and mods to work and do configs really

i found a way to make the server up to date but having problems with mcmyadmin but there is a way around it but i just dont know how
McMyAdmin looks like a good way for people to admin their server without knowing the console. They have a great live demo https://demo.mcmyadmin.com/ to play with too.
I'm making a list of mods to use in the server. I would love to hear what you guy's/lady's would like on the server. Now keep in mind that I'm updating to 1.8 so the mods would need to be a 1.8 version and run on spigot that's a new modloader. Also keep in mind the mod you recommended may not make the final cut.
