    Ok I like this idea a lot, but I have a few questions.

    1) Is the forum post number bendable? What I mean is, some forum posts are longer than others. I'm considering doing a longer piece and I feel that should count for multiple posts. Some are just a sentence long, you know?

    2) What does the "reporting admin" do exactly?

    3) How often should we update our section of the spreadsheet? I mean, I don't *always* play on DMD when I'm playing NS2. Sometimes I like to hop on Calego's competitive server, and I've seen others do this as well. Though most of the time I am on DMD lol.

    @Joelsaur,
    The forum post counts are there to ensure that when a new member posts their introduction - that all admins and mods reply to that post.
    Posting longer pieces doesn't count for multiple posts. But if you don't get all your posts in, it's not the end of the world. Please try to keep posts constructive.
    You can start your own blog on the forums too if you like.

    The reporting admin is the admin that the mods report to if there's a non-technical issue. So if a mod has a problem with a user breaking server rules or whatever - they should let their admin know..
    Admins are made admins due to maturity and professionalism. Although I know that's not always the case, I am hoping that mods and admins can work together - thus removing some of the pressure I take in.

    I'd recommend updating your sections of the spreadsheet after every Captains night. This is an easy reminder. It also removes the chance of people doing "last minute updates"

    Boot Camps/ CN : If you run a Captains Night, or a boot camp ( training grounds ) aka organizing something of your own accord. ( ex. Learn to be a Commander! )
    You would create the Boot Camp in the Steam group events section - as well as on the main website calendar.. Get people to RSVP and run it. Ask an admin for assistance if needed.

    Moderators who run Boot Camps and CN's are more likely to get promoted up the ranks than the latter - as admins are the main event coordinators for DMD and we want to make sure you can handle it..

    I hope this answers your questions.. Thanks Joel.
