Does the server need the cache cleared or a wipe? Nothing is spawning at all vehicle wise it seems.

I'll probably connect, and do a mega-vehicle wipe. The server drops vehicles up until the server limit is reached which I have set ( can't remember the amount )
*** Update - Server now has plenty of new vehicles spread out - mainly focused around the coast. ****
